It needs to be sent to Bell and Carlson in Dodge City, KS. Their full address is on the order page and at the bottom of your receipt.  Any stock sent to Aftermarket Innovations for Creative Effects finish application will be shipped on to Bell and Carlson, however a $10.00 fee will be charged for the cost of re-shipment.
